For ongoing peace of mind and for overall savings, we bundle our most popular services of Rental Relations, Property Inspection, and one FREE hour of Site Maintenance per month, if needed.
Rental Relations
To be hassle-free most affordably, we can simply serve as a common point of contact between you, as a landlord, and your tenants for mutually professional interactions that keep you informed and reduce the risk of tenant turnover.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Property Inspection
At preset intervals, or at your request, we schedule a time with your tenant to visit the property for a documented inspection of both the interior and exterior condition, and then provide you a report with any recommended next steps.
Interior Cleaning
Amid tenant transitions, we clean walls, windows, floors, doors, ceilings, closets, cabinets, countertops, appliances, fixtures, and garages. Carpets are vacuumed or steam cleaned, and consumables and expenses are billed at cost.
Site Maintenance
We perform both periodic and urgent maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations relating to appliances, fixtures, painting, electrical, and plumbing to sustain your property’s value and prevent costly damage.
Specific Projects
Anything else come to mind? We also deliver other services on a custom, project basis. You are welcome to contact us for a competitive quote.
And, when required, we handle all arrangements with our providers to fulfill any needs that arise beyond our own expertise. Provider invoices are billed at cost plus the time we invest to ensure your project’s success.
